By using Okekeken Computer Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding our repair and maintenance services.
Service Process
All devices submitted for repair will be inspected before work begins. A quotation will be provided, and repairs will only proceed after customer approval.
Payment Terms
- Payment is required upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
- Diagnostic fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Warranty
Certain repairs may come with limited warranty depending on the type of service provided. Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications after repair.
Device Responsibility
While we handle all devices with care, customers are responsible for:
- Backing up important data before repair
- Ensuring accurate fault descriptions
We are not liable for data loss during repair processes.
Unclaimed Devices
Devices not collected within an agreed period may be subject to storage policies or additional charges.
Service Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse service for devices that are unsafe, tampered with, or violate legal or safety standards.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services means acceptance of the updated terms.
